I would like everyone to know that Dayton's newspaper of record is the Herald News. You can access their website at www.rheaheraldnews.com. They list local news, sports scores, community events, weddings, and so much more. All of the things a newspaper does. It is the ONLY newspaper in Rhea County that has this information. Other helpful links are the Dayton Chamber of Commerce www.rheacountyetc.com, the City of Dayton www.daytontn.org, and Dayton City School www.daytoncity.net.
